Are Itching On Legs Lower Arms Along With Rash In Armpit Suggestive Of STD?
Please consult dermatologist and get examined and tested for your symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. It is important to know if your sexual intercourse with 3 different women was protected or not.
2. If it was unprotected then you are at a high risk of getting HIV or STDs and you should visit a HIV treatment center and take PEP antiviral medicine to protected against HIV. You should also get tested for HIV and STDs. HIV testing should be done as per protocol and STDs can be tested depending on symptoms.
3. If you had protected sex then also there is small risk of STD or HIV.
4. The symptoms which you have mentioned are not specific to a condition and you might have to get clinically examined by a dermatologist and closely watch for any new symptoms.
5. Getting stressed will not help. Please take the right step and consult a dermatologist and get tested for any suspected STDs.
Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.
Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
Regards,
Dr.Vivek
For all case I have used Condoms. For 3rd encounter lady was on my body during sex. I was not sure condoms were broken. I had touched vagina of each lady by hand only. During sucking of penis (wearing condom condition) their vagina fluid have touched my chest skin.
Please find details below

Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.
I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.
1. Since you had vaginal sex with condoms on all 3 occasions and even oral sex was with condoms on, therefore risk of HIV is extremely less at 1 in 4000.
2. Even if the vaginal fluid in third session touched your chest skin then there is no increased chance of HIV.
3. STDs are also very less likely to be transmitted if condoms were used.
4. Did you find any rashes or wounds in the vagina or mouth of any of the women? If yes then there is a small risk of STDs.
5. If you had commercial sex in a place where the bedsheet was not clean and then a possibility of bedbugs or insect bites can give you rashes and allergy. That can cause your low fever, itching and rash.
6. However please watch closely for STD symptoms like rashes on your genitals, pain and burning during urination, swelling in groin and discharge from penis.
7. It will be better to get tested for the following
(i) STDs at 3 weeks and
(ii) HIV testing at
30 days if using fourth generation rapid HIV 1/ 2 antibodies and p24 antigen or
3 months and 6 months if using ELISA third generation HIV 1/ 2 antibodies test
Hope your query is answered.

Thanks for writing back with an update.
1. Most STDs cause symptoms by 3 to 4 weeks of infection.
2. Right now you do not have any specific symptoms of an infection.
3. If symptoms appear then you can get tested for STDs. Even other wise you can get tested after 30 days. Please do not feel guilty and continue with your normal daily activities.
