Brief Answer:
The medicines seem adequate and effective.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
To be able to tell whether it is eczema, I would need to know:
* How long you have been having it?
* The exact disposition of rashes.
* Any specific triggers like prolonged exposure to water or some other form of contact?
* An image would be helpful. You can upload it using the facility on the upper right of this page.
* How controlled is your diabetes? Are you regularly on medication?
Most often there is associated fungal infection and the mentioned medicines are likely to be effective. I feel that they would suffice and I would not recommend any other medicine at the moment.

I have attached the photos in reports of my profile... kindly have a look ... My sugar was not controlled since last 6 months ... Since one week sugar levels are in the appropriate range.the infection is located on the proximity of the shin bone.and there is not any specified trigger to prolonged exposure or contact of any type.
Brief Answer:
It seems to be a case of eczema
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond earlier.
I have gone carefully through the attached images and indeed it seems to be eczema. The raised blood sugar could have a role in enhancing it. In any case it needs drastic treatment. You need to take the medicines that had been suggested by for doctor. Apart from that, the main treatments would include topitally:
* emollients (moisturisers) – to be used every day to stop the skin becoming dry.
* topical corticosteroids creams and ointments – to be used to reduce swelling and redness during flare-ups.
