Brief Answer:
Needs work up for recurrent stroke

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. With history of stroke, this numbness and difficulty moving could be a recurrent stroke. Needs a complete neurological examination and workup. Management will be supportive, risk stratification, physiotherapy and compliant use of medications and major concentration on nutrition. Take your father to a neurologist and let them assess him for any recurrence .

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and your father and dont forget to close the discussion please.

Khan
