Are Many Bruises On My Thighs And Two Behind The Right Knee Without Injury Something That Needs Medical Attention?

Question: I noticed many bruises on my thighs, and two behind my right knee approximately 5 days ago. The two behind my knee itched severely before the bruising occurred.
The bruises on my left thighs are irregular in shape, but one is larger than the size of a softball. They have not “healed.” I am an avid distance walker, and since I usually take my dog along I assumed I had been bitten by a tick. My dog has had a few ticks but that has been remedied.
I have a new purple bruise on the back of my right thigh. I have never fallen, nor have I bumped in to anything, to the very best of my knowledge. Certainly not in so many different places.
I feel fatigue many days, but I do suffer from major depression. I use excercise to fight depression, and I consume mostly Mediterranean type foods. I experience night sweats, although I do use an abundance of blankets.
So much to consider, but I would like your expert opinion on the symptoms and medical history I have provided.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow aspiration test
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
After hearing your history the bruises in your thighs, night sweat and fatigue could be due to Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML)
CML is a type of blood cell cancer that begins in the bone marrow.
I would advise you to go for bone marrow biopsy and bone marrow aspiration test to rule out CML

Dear Dr. Monish De,
I failed to mention in my previous query that I went through a period of extreme bloating w/constipation a little over one year ago. This lasted for approximately 5 months.
My Nurse Practitioner at that time diagnosed me with diverticulitis. She did not give me a physical exam, but told me that I should stay away from nuts and seeds. I will attach photos of my abdomen from this time period. I felt, and appeared to be 5-6 months pregnant, although I certainly was not.
I am following up with this information since it is another part of the big picture. I did have additional blood testing on Friday...apparently a test for my blood clotting ability. I will receive those results on Monday.
Is there any significance to the extreme bloating shown in these photos, or in other words..does it change your initial suspicions?
Thank you for your honest opinion.
