Are Mouth Ulcers, Pain In Arms And Testicles Symptoms Of HIV?

Question: I had unprotected sex with a female escort 8 weeks ago tomorrow and at 5&6 six weeks I experienced a couple of mounth ulcers, irritation under my arms & pain . Had much pain below the belt shooting into my hips,joints and pain in my testicles. Also had sweating but during the day mostly and the shortness of breath.
I tested negative @ 4, 6, and 7 weeks. The last two tests where the 4th generation.
What's going on? Can you

It is good that the tests have come negative.
But the tests done are conclusive after 12 weeks or 3 months.

Hi Doc, and thank you for responding.
I am still feeling slight to moderate pain from time to time in and above testicles and arm pit area. Your suggestions of stress & anxiety are applicable but the exploding pain and discomfort last more the a week.
Could a Hsv Outbreak be the cause of it all? Thank you.

Yes i do have hsv, and I continue to have discomfort under the arms and in the groin are, but seems to be lessoning somewhat with time?There has been itchiness at times as well but no lesions or rash. I did another 4th generation hiv test, 8 week.Non reactive

Herpes is known for recurrence. The symptoms may be due to herpes if found positive for antibodies. Pain without lesions is rare manifestation of herpes.

It is good that HIV tests are negative at 8th week. Though not conclusive, The chances of tests becoming positive later is less.You can go for antibodies tests after 12 weeks for conclusive results.
