Brief Answer:
Not a normal finding, bit will resolve gradually..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have read your question in detail and would first of all like to reassure you that the symptoms of occasional muscle twitching after local anaesthesia injection are transient and will resolve gradually in 2 to 3 days and maximum of a week..

Causes of muscle twitching can be:
1.Injection of local anaesthetic solution accidently directly into the muscle fibers..
2.Injection needle pricking directly the nerve..

Both the conditions commonly causes transient symptoms like muscle twitching which will resolve soon as I explained above..

You can do warm compresses by placing a moist warm towels at the site of twitching many times a day..

Any further questions are welcome..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
