Are Natural Supplements Effective In Treating Anxiety And Panic Attacks?

Question: i clonazepam for 2 years for anxiety and panic attacks. i was weaned off and has been 2 months without the drug. in the meantime the doctor have me taking and trying out natural supplements that has not worked so far. My question is do you know of a safe and less addictive drug that i can take or a natural supplement that for help with anxiety and panic attacks, while I attend therapy and counseling? thanks in advance!

There are definitely safe, non-addictive, effective medications that are indicated for the treatment of anxiety. I highly recommend an SSRI medication such as escitalopram or sertraline. This is much safer than Klonopin, and more effective than any supplement.
