Question: I am feeling lightly nauseous, with tingling on my face, with fatigue, and feeling almost a sense of unreality, though I remain cogent. and I am starting to wonder if I have a neurological disease, or just anxiety. I recently buried my best friend, as well as my father last Wednesday, which has made for some stress.am I losing my mind?

Brief Answer:
It is more likely anxiety and stress

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Although it is not possible to comment whetehr you have only anxiety or neurological disease without proper neurological examination but I like to make it clear that all the symptoms can occur during stress. It has been clearly established scientific literature that stress and anxiety can cause any symptoms of any body systems.

Having said this since you have significant stress due to loss of loved ones the symptoms of nausea, dizziness, fatigue, unreality can very well be explained on the basis of stress.

I hope this helps you.
Feel free to write back to me if you have more questions.
Thanks and regards.
