Are Negative HIV 1 And 2 Real Time PCR Tests After 14 Days Of Sexual Exposure Conclusive?

I have done unprotected sex on 16th Feb, 2015.
And after 14 days I have done HIV 1 RNA Qualitative test (sample type EDTA Plasma Blood) and HIV 2 real time PCR (sample type EDTA Plasma Blood). Both the results are negative.
After 28 days of exposure I did an HIV 1 and 2 + p.24 Ag (method CMIA) which was also negative.
And after 45 days of exposure I again did an HIV 1 and 2 + p.24 Ag (method CMIA) which was also negative.
I have attached all the reports.
Doctor, would you please confirm whether my results and 100% accurate or I need to do any further tests. Can I have sex with my wife. I am getting married.
Thank you.

Your test results are highly reliable.HIV 2 PCR after 28 days conclusive.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome once again.
HIV 1 and 2 had been ruled out by the real time PCR by 14 days after the high risk activity. These tests are highly reliable.
HIV CMIA DUO test 45 days after (almost window period) the high risk contact also is reliable to a maximum extent.
PCR tests became more conclusive after 4 weeks.
Antibody detection is more conclusive by 12 weeks.
Further sero-conversion or possibility of HIV infection for you is a very very remote possibility.
No further test is necessary for HIV 1 is necessary.
So a repeat test of Real time PCR for HIV 2 by now is conclusive and confirmatory, otherwise CMIA after 12 weeks would rule out both HIV 1 AND 2 100 % conclusively.
After that you can get married and can have sex without any confusion with your wife.
