Brief Answer:
Could be a sign of a serious illness
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The symptoms you are experiencing could be a sign of a serious underlying disease such as leukaemia or lymphoma.
These should be excluded by a CBC test, bone marrow biopsy and physical examination of whole body lymph nodes. I would recommend that you refer to your doctor for a further testing.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
