If you would have presented to me as an outpatient,I would have told you that neck pain,right shoulder pain and right arm pain makes a constellation of symptoms which is suggestive of cervical spine degenerative changes.Most likely cause is cervical spondylosis,causing secondary nerve radicles irritation.

This is not a manifestation of anxiety.

Please get a X-ray cervical spine(digital) done to confirm the same.It is not paralysis or not suggestive of paralysis.

Paralysis is referred to as loss of muscles function or weakness in a limb.This clearly is not the case with you.

Surely,you may be observing relief in symptoms on taking antianxiety and antidepressant drugs but with this symptom complex,it is mandatory to rule out cervical spondylosis.These symptoms are very classical of cervical spine degenerative changes with secondary nerve radicles irritation.
