Get examined and evaluated as advised by a Neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Headache associated with impaired consciousness needs to be evaluated for migraine, secondary headache, complex partial seizures.
Imaging MRI of brain should be done to rule out any structural lesion.
Blood pressure should be measured.
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist.
EEG may be required to rule out complex partial seizures.

Hi, I was wondering if this could. possibly be multiple personality disorder? she said she's had mpd for a while but I've only started noticing it in the last few months. She's in uni at the moment which is stressful for her and it seems to happen more when she's anxious.
Brief Answer:
Get evaluated by a Neurologist first
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Stress can lead to conversion reaction but that should only be taken as diagnosis if examination and investigations are normal.

I keep telling her to the doctor but she won't go...is there anything you can ask to help diagnose it?
Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I think examination and investigations as discussed are important for diagnosis as history alone will not be sufficient.
Better to persuade her to visit to a doctor.
