Are Opioid Medications Safe For Pain Management?

Question: I took an oxycodone due to pain,doc is trying a change up and cut my hydros from a 10 to a 5. XXXXXXX u.a. today! I took it yesterday before my workout of strenous activity for 1.25 hrs,then hot tub,plus lots of water..i really need my pain meds and didn't trust the doc,as i should have..help.

I read your question and I understand your concern. Your doctor might not sound reasonable to yoh but trust me he o's doing the right thing here. These oxy pills are very notorious and there are many safe and alternative pain management facilities like acupuncture, acupressure and biofeedback etc.
I suggest you do as directed by your doctor. There isn't a single organ in the body which does not get affected by these opioid medications. I hope you will understand.
