Brief Answer:
OC pills is the initial treatment of choice in your case.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I understand your query and concern.

Medical management with Oral Contraceptive Pills is the initial treatment of choice for small fibroids.

Mild spotting is common which can resolve once the size of fibroid reduces.

Careful watch regarding the size of fibroid is mandate. So periodic Ultrasound abdomen is necessary in your case.

If the size of fibroid increases even with use of OCP'S, you may need surgical management which can be Myomectomy or Hysterectomy.

So continue with your present medication.

Report immediately if you have symptoms like severe bleeding, painful urination, abdominal distension.

Exercise and dietary restriction will be helpful.

Hope i have answered your query at the moment.

Post your further queries if any,

Thank you.
