
Are Pain In The Spleen Area Radiating To The Back And Should While Having A Very Small Splenic Artery Aneurysm Serious Concerns?

Question: I have a very small splenic artery aneurysym, 7mm. Today I'm having pain in the area of the spleen, it's radiating to the back and up to my shoulder, it feels heavy. I'm also a bit nauseous. Any reason at all for concern with it being so small? Thank you"

No burning or acidity, nonhistory of pancreatitis or ulcers. It was an I code tal finding.

Such a small aneurysm is usually not known to cause such a pain that is radiating to the back and left shoulder.
There is something that is irritating the diaphragm that can cause such symptoms.
The probable causes are"
Pancreatitis.
Gastric ulcers on the posterior wall.
Aneurysm if dissecting.
Any collection in spleen or under diaphragm.
I think this is a cause of concern and needs proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get the proper cause to get a proper management if needed as needed.
Consult a Doctor as possible and get the above things done asap to know the cause.
