Are Painful Bumps On The Gums Signs Of HIV?

Question: Dear doctor,
I had protected veginal and unprotected oral sex in late 2013 but then got tested for hiv later and it was neg. i had again protected oral and protected v sex with two sex workers 9 months ago.
I took following tests:
4 weeks rapid
8 weeks combo 4th gen test
7 months rapid and 4th gen
8 months 4th gen and 3th gen
All were negative
I just had flu in januaey (3 months after) and joint pains in may ( 6 months after).
Never had any sexual activity since.
Howveer i had a white line like bitting cheek mark inside my cheek and i attached its biposy here. Since yeaterday i have these weird small dots on just one of my gum. Its painful when i eat something.
Does it look anything related to hiv or anything serious?
Please help me

Brief Answer:
Not related to HIV.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
Welcome to HCM.
You had protected sex every time and all HIV tests result are negative even after 6 months so nothing to be worried about because you are safe and risk free from HIV. Forget about the episode and move on in life without any fear, anxiety or stress.
White line on cheek is due to some skin lesion but it is not related to HIV. Consult your dermatologist to isolate the cause and follow the treatment. You will be fine soon. For any further query feel free to ask me any time and I am here to help you always.
Thank You

Thank you dr for your reply,
Do you think thise dots on my gum is anything serious?
And what do you think of my biopsy?
That biopsy is not for those white dots on my gum but for a white line inside my cheek and its for 3 weeks ago.
