Brief Answer:
frictional injury
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
These are not herpes at all. Paper cut injuries around the clitoris as mentioned earlier are due to frictional injury. The clitoral hood and the minor labia tend to have friction together and can cause these paper cut injuries. Hence it is advised that some moisturiser should ideally be applied around the clitoral region , as the skin here is very sensitive and fragile , before the act of intercourse or rubbing.
This shall heal naturally.
In her case she has a sensitive skin. If you have doubts then you should get a swab test done to isolate any organism which shall help rule out any viral fungal or bacterial infection, which is unlikely though.
Regards
