Question: Are there any precautionary medications that one can take early and before indulging in sex with a professional escort to be safe from Aids / HIV? And for how long before the ill advised act ?

There is no such medication that is adviced before having sex with an escort. You can take precaution like condom while indulging in sex with some one who is risky to become safe from HIV or AIDS.

Truvada is adviced as pre exposure prophylaxis in XXXXXXX but it is effective only when combined with safer sexual practices. Your friend must be HIV negative before hand to use this drug so better to use condom than truvada because it has serious side effects also like lactic acidosis, liver problem.
