Are Pressure In Chest And Difficulty In Breathing Symptoms Of Hiatal Hernia?

Question: I have a hiatal hernia and when it acts up I feel extreme pressure in my chest,it actually makes it hard to breath. Is that one of the symptoms?

Yes, it can give the feeling of extreme pressure and it can make hard to breath.
Yes, this is one of the few symptoms of Hiatal Hernia.

But at the same time, other causes also have to be ruled out. X-ray chest and ECG at the time of severe pain and / or breathing difficulty is needed to rule out other causes .

May I please know the following:
Was it diagnosed on Endoscopy ?
Are you also taking antacids?
