Likely folliculitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Bumps with pus in it are not herpes, they are most likely to be folliculitis. This is dueto the infection of the glands and can be treated by proper perineal hygiene and appropriate antibiotics.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, and get appropriate treatment.
