1. Looks like you are suffering from what is known as anal fissure.

2. Also hemorrhoids, commonly called as piles are also can be thought of but pain is unlikely in this condition.

3. Suggest you to get examined by a surgeon, avoid constipation, consume adequate oral fluids and eat high fiber diet.
