Are Red Lines On Inner Foreskin Normal When The Penis Is Not Erect?

I am a healthy male 25 years old, please take into consideration that I keep my self clean on a daily basis
When i pull my foreskin back(Inner foreskin) there are red lines present this is when the penis is not erect are these lines perfectly normal? they are thin like vessels is this normal anatomy? and nothing to worry about? Im guessing the penis is made from a lot of veins.
no pathology suspected, a photo graph can give best information
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
The red lines that you are referring to here could be the small sub dermal capillaries, which are absolutely normal. More so, in a prepuce that is less retracted and in individuals with fair skin to find these red lines can very normal.
However, if there are associated complaints of not being able to retract the fore skin, itching, burning, or presence of clear cut demarcated lesion on penile skin, then there warrants a need for medical attention.
If there are no such complaints, i suggest there is no reason to be worried at all.
Remember, an application of hard soap or frequent washing of penile skin with soap of detergent can actually tamper the skin.
I suggest sending a photo of the area concerned can provide best information.
hope to have given you a helpful advice.
Welcome for further suggestions.

Dr Pankaj

should not be a concern
Detailed Answer:
Well then, if there are no complaints it should nt be a concern.
I would still recommend to show it to a dermatologist or a urologist, as atleast one proper local examination is always advisable.
thank you.
