Question : can you have regular menstral cycles and still have pcos?
Brief Answer:
pcos has irregular menses...explained
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm.
PCOS is a symptom complex of irregular menses, acne, hirsutism, acanthosis nigricans and polycystic ovaries with obesity (increased insulin resistance which can cause anovulatory cycles).
So if cycles are regular, PCOS cannot be a diagnosis.
