Hello.
Thanks for the query to hcm.
PCOS is a symptom complex of irregular menses, acne,hirsutism,acanthosis nigricans and polycystic ovaries with obesity (increased insulin resistance which can cause anovulatory cycles).
So if cycles are regular, PCOS cannot be a diagnosis.
