Brief Answer:
The effects of sudafed will reduce in 2-3 days...

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting the query

The effect of sudafed does stay for a couple of days. Do not worry! This is one of the commonest side effects of pseudoephedrine.

Drink plenty of warm water and do steam inhalation, this will give you faster relief from the present symptoms.

Hope this answers your query; I'll be available for the follow up queries.
