Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.
Before giving you an accurate answer I would like to say that you forgot to mention what type of arrhythmia you are suffering. Moreover, I would like to know what kind of medication you are taking for arrhythmia?
If you don't take any medications for arrhythmia then you should take Claritin 24 hours for your cold.
Hope this will be of help!

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Rhytmonorm effect may be enhanced by concomitant use of claritin. This is why it's recommended to take claritin 12 hours for the first two days.
After two days if your ecg will be normal (normal qt interval or without bradycardia) you should continue with claritin 24 hours.
Wish you health!
