Brief Answer:

Not recommended

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I would not recommend that you use Sauna while having an unhealed first or second-degree burn. Sauna leads to dilation of the blood vessels in response to heat, this will increase the inflammatory process in the burn area which will delay healing.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
