Adrenal symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
Anxiety/depression itself can mimic like adrenal gland disorders ( particularly can mimic like symptoms of Cushing's syndrome and Pheochromocytoma).
It is good to discuss with your doctor if he has ruled out these adrenal disorders and doing appropriate urine and blood test.
If you are using 5 BP medicines, I would strongly search for adrenal dosorders like pheochromocytoma, hyper aldosteronism and Cushing's syndrome.
Not all adrenal tumors may have symptoms. Many a times, adrenal nodules can exist with out any symptoms or abnormalities in blood tests. These are found on scans done for other reasons and these are then called as adrenal incidentaloma.

Abnormal results
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for the reply.
I could identify few issues.
A low testosterone ( I don't believe in direct free testosterone assay).
A suppressed Renin and an aldosterone of > 15. And a low cortisol level.
All these need further evaluation.
A suppressed renin with a high Aldosterone to renin ratio is suggestive of Hyper aldosteronism. This could be causing your high blood pressure ( provided they did the test properly). You now need second line tests like saline loading test and may require a CT scan of adrenal. Ultrasound is not good enough to look at adrenal glands.
Cortisol is low too. So you need a Synacthen test and an ACTH level ( 8 AM).
You need to discuss with your endocrinologist seriously.
