Are Shortness Of Breath And Congestion In Lungs Symptoms Of COPD?
Question: My question is as under:
DISORDER OF RESPIRATORY TRACT.
I WAS RELEASED FROM THE EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT OF ST PAULS HOSPITAL HERE IN XXXXXXX BC CANADA YESTERDAY AFTER ALL DAY OF OBSERVATIONS;
CARE PROVIDER COMMENTS
NO SOB,NO DIAPHORESIS,LOOKS WELL ABLE TO WALK UPTO 4 KM PPP NO ENDEMA,LUNGS CLEAR hs n Initial trops Neg ECG Nil acute.
For 6 hr trops/ecg Trop NegativeX2.
Today I do feel this congestions in my lings or breathing carrying two Grocery bags I found myself short of breath....what could this be...is it an early on set of COPD? Although no symptons...no cough,no sputum I am breathing OK at night while sleeping no discomfort whatso ever.
Please provide with your views.

You need just reassurance and my expert advice is to do some rest for some days. Don't go out for longer times and avoid lifting weight. Relax at home and keep away from pets inside home.
There is dust outside and temperature of the environment also bothers sometimes and cause shortness of breath.
After a couple of days you may start with your routine daily activities and may start physical activity too so as to revitalize yourself.
Medications Suggestion:
Take Claritin by mouth once at night. It will help you feel improvement.
