Are Shortness Of Breath, Dizziness And Tenderness In Chest Signs Of Arthritis?

I would explain as follows:
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!
Your symptoms don't seem to be cardiac related.
The numbness in your left limbs, blurring vision and sharp pain in the top of the scalp may be signs of a transient ischemic attack (TIA).
How long did these symptoms last?
Did you perform a brain CT scan?
The sharp pain in the left side of the chest, irradiating in the back, neck and shoulder area may be related to a radicular pain, probably related to a cervical disc problem. Arthritis could be related to such issues.
Did they perform a neck X ray study? What were the results?
I recommend consulting with a neurologist for a careful physical examination, and a brain MRI and Doppler Ultrasound of the neck vessels to examine the blood flow in them.
An angio MRI (MRA) would help examine better the intracranial vessels.
Regarding the neck stiffness and pain in the chest and shoulder a cervical spine CT scan would help exclude possible disc disorders.
If all the above tests result normal, an EEG would help exclude possible partial epileptic seizures, which could cause transitory numbness in the left limbs.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
