Are Small Bumps On The Testicles Suggestive Of Chlamydia Infection?
Question: is chlamydia in males ever manifested by very small skin bumps in area between testicles and perineum?
Brief Answer:
No chlamydia doesn''t give that.
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Chlamydia doesn't give such symptoms. Chlamydia is very sensitive to antibiotic azithromycin. Even if you are positive a single dose of azithromycin will clear it. The bumps can be most likely fordyce spots. Fordyce spots are modified sebaceous prominences and are harmless. Using anti oxidant supplements and taking more garlic in diet is usually helpful to get rid off this. You can also use aloe vera gel for local application.
If you send a picture of the bumps then it will be more helpful in identifying.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
