Are Sore Throat, Diarrhea And Small Bumps On Penis Signs Of HIV?

I am from USA, I had an unprotected oral Sex and protected vaginal sex with a girl on january 10th. On January 14th i have an unprotected oral and vaginal sex with another girl. I don't know the HIV status of both of these girls. On January 16th, that is 1 week after my first exposure, started showing flue like symptoms. Which includes Sore throat, diarrhea, fever. Then a small bump on my penis and one of my eye turned red. Seems to be like an infection in my eyes also. Could you please help me to understand above symptoms are acute HIV symptoms or something else. I am not fatigue seems to be healthy and no body pain.
Symptoms are unlikely be due to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
You had protected vaginal sex. Oral sex carries a low risk for HIV as per CDC, XXXXXXX
HIV acute infection's manifestation can occur only after 3- 4 weeks after the infection, if any. Any early symptoms (within a week duration) could not be attributed to HIV. Flu like symptoms with sore throat and diarrhea could occur to anybody at any time as they are very common menace. Moreover it is quite common after a close intimacy during sex contact due to kissing or through an air born infection of viral or bacterial infection. Your symptoms are very much unlikely to be due to HIV. Reddening eye could unlikely have any relation to sex act ot it could also be a contamination during the part of your sex.
But wait for some more time, because ruling out the possibility of HIV through the blood test is the only way instead of guessing the possibilities.
Nothing much to worry.

Oral sex and vaginal sex can cuase Genital Herpes lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back.
Try to upload the picture of the lesion over penis. It could not be not due to HIV but possibility of Herpes simplex infection has to be ruled out.

Drug reaction is a possibility. Not related to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
I saw the picture sent by you. I was able to see a bleb near the urinary meatus.
In case of Herpes simplex infection, there would be multiple tiny grouped vesicles. They will rupture within a day to give rise to multiple tiny grouped sores.
So unlikely to be due to Genital herpes. (rare possibility is there).
Drug reaction and reaction to irritant substance are other possibilities. Not related to HIV.
Consult your physician for further help.
