They appeared about four days ago.. They do look like blisters and they hurt.
Brief Answer:
These sound like herpes.
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the follow-up information. The herpes virus is very common and causes cold sores in the mouth area and similar sores in the vaginal and vulvar area. They usually start as an area with tingling or pain that eventually becomes small clusters of blisters. The blisters have clear to yellowish fluid. The blisters are typically very painful. Eventually they break open and then the area crusts over. They typically have a surrounding red base. The best way to confirm that they are herpes is to get fluid from a blister for culture. It would be ideal to have you on viral medication right now as this will shorten the outbreak. If I were you, I would consider an Urgent Care to get a diagnosis now and start getting treated.
Does this help?

Mine arent extremely pain ful..and they arent really in clusters.. They hurt when i use the restroom but only being the urine hits them right on. And plus i dont have mouth sores but still had oral sex
Brief Answer:
These look like herpes in the picture
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for the followup. After my answer, I realized that there was a picture and I thank you for being comfortable providing that. It is very helpful and clarifies things for me. These are almost certainly herpes sores. Herpes comes in two varieties: HSV1 and HSV2. HSV1 is typically associated with oral cold sores and HSV2 is typically associated with genital sores. If someone has oral sex, if the partner has oral herpes, it can be transmitted to the genital area and cause genital herpes too. Just as I described in my original answer, these are blisters or shallow ulcers with a rim of red, inflamed skin. This is common and nothing to be embarrassed about. You need to:
1. Make sure you get follow up - you should take the picture to your clinic visit in case they are healed by the time of the visit
2. Make sure that you get a prescription for Valtrex - this can be taken in the future with any symptoms that might indicate a future outbreak
3. Avoid sexual contact until these are gone
