Brief Answer:
I would recommend as follows.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms don't seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

Anyway, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests :

- a resting ECG and a cardiac ultrasound to examine your heart
-a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests to investigate for a lung disorder
- complete blood count
- blood electrolytes
- thyroid hormone levels
- an ambulatory 24 to 48 hours ECG monitoring to examine your heart rhythm trends for a long time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
