Are There Any Drug Interactions Between Amlodipine And Erythromycin?

Question: I regularly take Amlodipine and have just been put on a course of Erythromycin. Are the two compatible and if I have to stop taking Amlodipine how soon after my last dose can I begin to take the antibiotics?
