I dont think this to be a melatonin issue.
Detailed Answer:
You are having GAD. I think this to be the main reason for insomnia.
Since seroquel has good anxiolytic effects and is helping you to sleep, its better to continue with this drug.
However, anxiety can sometimes cause low melatonin levels.
So, some foods can help in natural secretion of melatonin in body. These are oats, rice, barley, almonds, peanuts, soybean, sweetcorn, tomatoes, ginger, bananas, milk and yoghurt.
You can include these foods in your diet. I think this should suffice.
