Brief Answer:
Arnica and Bryonia XXXXXXX

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I understand your concern. Since ostheoarthritis is an inflammation of the joints, its treatment is primarily focused on reducing this inflammation. Anti-inflammatory pain killers such as Tylenol, Advil, Motrin, Aleve etc, while effective for the pain, can have many side effects, and can affect the stomach, the heart and blood vessels as well as cause kidney and liver damage, therefore they should only be used occasionally.

In my experience, a combination of physical therapy, thermotherapy (heat and cold pads), cortisone shots and homeopathic medicine are the best treatment. I have found Arnica and Bryonia XXXXXXX to be very effective, however I recommend you see a homeopath so you can get a combination that works best for you.

I hope this answers your question. You are welcome to ask any further questions you might have.

Wishing you good health and all the best.
