Brief Answer:
Thoughts on this.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are medications for depression and anxiety that come from excessive stress. It looks like you are already on a few antidepressants.

If they are not working adequately for you, you might want to talk with the prescribing psychiatrist about that they are not working adequately, and you may need a change of doseage or class of medication.

In addition, a different antipsychotic medication class of medicine may help augment the antidepressants that you are currently taking.

Regular exercise, mindfulness meditation, yoga, and good nutrition (avoidance of sugars, sodas, and simple carbohydrates) can help with coping with stress too.

Cognitive ("talk") therapy can help as well, with a trained licensed psychologist.

Regular interaction with people, such as with a support group can help too.

Hope I have answered your query.
