Are There Any Medicine Which Is Left That I Can Try To Get Anxiety Relief As Well As My RLS Remains Un-touched?

Question: Hello doctor, i suffer from anxiety disorder since many years and have tried taking treatment multiple times using different SSRI & SNRI meds. however it all aggravates my RLS symptoms so i consulted another doctor about it and i was prescribed bupropion 150 XL , its been like 1.5 weeks but i dont feel anything except that my RLS is disappeared, random twitches too got minimized which offcourse proves in my case is due to dopamine imbalance.
Are there any medicine which is left that i can try to get anxiety relief as well as my RLS remains un-touched? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Yes, benzodiazepines can be tried
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your concern and understand that you have tried SSRI and SNRI s with no much response.
But as such they have to be given in combination with benzodiazepines along with relaxation therapies like JPMR..
so...please consult your doctor regarding this..
Or can let know to help you further.
Hope this information would help you better.
Thanks.

No actually SSRI, SNRI used to work on my anxiety doctor but the problem is that all of those aggravated my restless legs syndrome symptom so i had to stop taking them within few days of starting. Medicines such as NDRI have been tried such as buproprion but it doesn't do anything for anxiety but offcourse cures my RLS due to dopamine inhibition . As for benzodiazepines, i cannot depend on them daily as they tend to cause dependency so its not a good long term option for me.
I personally feel i will benefit from a medicine which can work on serotonin but also dopamine inhibition even if its minimal, since alone serotonin makes rls worse. Do you recommend any medicine of that form if exist?
