Are There Any Negative Interactions Between Cardio Advanced, Cognitine And Omega XL?

Question: I take many supplements, and it is important to me to see if any interaction. The formula's are too detailed to list, but they are all from well respected Doctors Cardio Advanced Cognitine OmegaXL Not to mention all the pro-biotics. Thank you so much. I am also looking for a good Medical Doctor with Naturopathic methods.
I would also like a real gastroparesis diet and foods to eat and avoid. The one I have is very insufficient.

Cardio Advanced contains Plant Sterol Esters, Vital B Vitamins, Magnesium, CoQ10 & Hawthorne.
Cognitine is a new daily dietary supplement that claims to be clinically shown to help improve mental function and to prevent age-related cognitive decline.

Omega XL is a powerful omega-3 joint health supplement formulated with a patented complex of 30 healthy fatty acids, including DHA and EPA.

Since they are all food supplements,there is no adequate informations about the ingredients and hence it is difficult to know any interactions among those.
You can take these supplements so long there is no adverse effect,you feel to any particular supplement.
