Brief Answer:
further necessary information

Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting with your health concern, and after reviewing your health query, I am of the following opinion:

1. For any new or evidence based Ayurveda Medicine, kindly consult with a certified Ayurveda Stri Roga and Prasuti Tantra specialist there only, since both of you can freely communicate with each other, I can best let you know about my approach:

A. Balant kadha no. 1: for the first 10 days
- Balant kadha no. 2: from 11th to 20th day
- Balant kadha no. 3: from 21st day to 60th day

PS. the medicine is of SANDU Pharmacy, so you can start with any of the above [keeping in mind the days gone after delivery]

B. Make sure to add lactation promoting herbs like fenugreek seeds, spinach, garlic, take proper rest and avoid undue mental stress , spices, pineapple, grief, cabbage, cauliflower, onion.

. Use Shataverex granules by Sandu Pharmacy: 2 tsf in milk twice daily.

PS. We usually prepare capsules and powder for post partum females which have the following benefits:
. helps promote lactation
. Acts as health restorative.
. good for women's health.

If interested I can courier you the medicine.

C. regarding Diet, as the baby is breastfeeding, do discuss with a certified Nutritionist or an experienced OB/GYN Doctor for other Supplements which are essential during this period

D. It is best to eat a variety of different foods every day to get right balance of nutrients required for mother and baby such as vitamins and minerals [eat plenty of fruits and vegetables which helps digestion and provides fiber which prevents constipation] but extra supplements have to be taken [iron /calcium from yogurt-cheese-milk-spinach-carrots-beetroot-dates or taking tablet prescribed by Attending Physician]

E. Prefer starchy food which is satisfying without containing too many calories like potato, cereals, rice, bread, cornmeal, oats, sweet potato, maize.

PS. Avoid high calories food: [sugar/soft drinks/fat] which can contribute to weight gain and tooth decay
