Are There Any Other Vitamins Or Supplements That Baby Is 6.5 Months Old Might Need At This Stage?

Formula Milk:
Could you please recommend a nutrient-rich formula milk that is suitable for his age and that he may readily accept.
Solid Foods:
We have started introducing solids in small quantities. Could you suggest some baby-friendly foods that are easy to digest and less likely to cause constipation or indigestion?
Vitamins and Supplements:
Currently, we are giving Vitamin D3 drops daily. Are there any other vitamins or supplements that he might need at this stage?
For context, he is a healthy baby with normal weight.
Advisable to continue breastfeeding along with winning foods
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.
Although you can give NAN-2 as formula milk, I would not really recommend any formula milk for now. Rather had request you to continue breastfeeding the child as you add on the weaning foods. Solids are going to be a more productive from as they are more energy dense. To avoid constipation you need to add more water intake. Try thin liquids like dal water and mosambi juice. Gradually move to thicker liquids. Try home based porridge made of a combination of dal, rice, various types of vegetables boiled together and given in mashed form.
Continue vitamin d. If the weaning foods are continued, I do not suppose any other vitamins need to be added. However, Omega 3 supplements like Aqua Omega drops 1 ml once daily should help with brain development.
Hope that helps

Brand names mentioned
Detailed Answer:
Sorry for having overlooker your query. I mentioned Omega3 brand name in my last communication. Omega 3 Drops are available in brands like Cogni3 Drops, AquaOmega Drops and maybe taken in dose of 1ml once daily. These may have some side effects. Natural foods are good source of nutrition.
I would not prefer formula feeds at all, but if they need to be given, Dexolac is fine. Try diluting the cow's milk further in order to increase the water intake which is essential for reduction of constipation. Even if you give dal and other weaning foods, if there is constipation, just increase the water intake.
Hope that helps.
