I can understand your concern

There are several side effects of Zoloft .Some of them are usual and some not so.

Decreased appetite, diarrhea, fatigue, feeling emotionally numb, increased sweating
indigestion, insomnia, nausea
sexual problems, including loss of libido and inability to ejaculate or orgasm, sleepiness
tremors, weight gain. However it is your doctor who should prescribe this medication or not.
