Are There Any Specific Homepathic Medicines I Should Avoid As I Have IGA Nephropathy?

Question: I am 57 and have IGA nephropathy for the past 8 years which is being treated with Cardace 10 mg, Minipress XL 5 mg, Lipitor 10 mg, and fish oil capsules. I had an ultrasound in XXXXXXX 2017 which showed normal kidneys. In addition I have a benign prostrate (Grade 1) - no medication. BP is around 130/80.
My recent test results in FEB18 are as follows:
1. Routine urine examination -no protein or blood noticed ( test in August 17 showed protein as Trace, blood nil)
2. Total cholestrol - 144 mg/dl
3. Serum Creatinine 1.3 mg/dl (lab range 0.72-1.25 mg/dl). Earlier this was 1.2 mg/dl for the past 2 years, different lab - range value 0.5-1.2 mg/dl.
4. BUN (blood urea nitrogen) -16.3 mg/dl
5. Albumin in urine - 68.6 mg/L with ACR at 98.18 ug/mg
I am concerned as the creatinine which was 1.2 mg/dl for the past 1.5 years (I test every 6 months, lab range 0.50-1.2 mg/dl) has increased to 1.3 mg/dl in the FEB18 test (test done in a new Lab - range value is 0.72- 1.25).
1. Kindly suggest some homeopathic medicines which I can take to reduce creatinine levels.
2. The consulting nephrologist asked me to avoid homeopathic medicines given my Iga. I have been taking homeopathy since childhood mainly for cough, cold , stomach upset, etc. Please advise if taking such homeopathic medicines will not have any effect on my Iga.
3. Are there any specific homepathic medicines I should avoid as I have Iga?

Medicine has a good result over the disease.

1. Kindly suggest some homeopathic medicines which I can take to reduce creatinine levels.
Eel Serum 7X 10 grains twice in a day for two month.
Take this medicine and see the difference.
Medicine is specifically advice in Chronic (IgA) Nephropathy.

Nephrologist may have his opinion. But as far as my understanding their is no harm taking homeopathy medicine at this point.

Their are many medicine you should avoid in this scenario. suggest you to always take opinion of homeopathic physician before starting the medicine.

1. What about SERUM ANGUILLAE 6X ? I have been told that this is also effective for creatinine - symptoms are " It is very effective in acute nephritis. Kidney failure. It is prescribed when hypertension and oliguria without oedema is present. Urine contains albumin"

2. Is taking homeo medicines for cold/cough/stomach upset like Arsenic Alb, Merc Bin Iod safe for Iga patients?
