Are There Any Supporting Facts About Omega 7 Health Benefits?

has been shown to be helpful for some persons
Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic
There are some previous medical studies, one done between 2014 and 2015 (Omega 7 and 3 combination and systemic inflammation) but for some reason, no results of that study have been posted
There was one study in the Journal of lipidology in 2014 that stated that it helped reduce triglycerides and LDL and may also help with inflammation.
The ADA (American diabetic association)has a study saying that it may help may a person more insulin sensitive-this is a good thing, one of the reasons for diabetes is insulin insensitivity (the body is not sensitive to its own insulin)-October 2009
There are some ongoing studies eg there is a study being sponsored by the National Heart lung and blood institute, started in July 2018 to July 2020 (study called Dietary Omega 7 Palmitoleic oil on lipoprotein metabolism and satiety on adults)--- this study wants to see if it affects metabolism and heart health
Another one is due to be finished the end of December 2018 (omega 7 oil and inflammatory markers)-- this one is to see if the use of the omega decreases the inflammation in the blood and also decreases pain.
In summary: it appears to be helpful with inflammation, cholesterol and diabetes, there are ongoing studies to clarify its benefits
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
