Brief Answer:
There is no medical therapy for Fordyce spots

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I can understand your concerns for Fordyce spots. But,remember that Fordyce spot is not a disease, it is just a condition caused by aberrant hypertrophic sebaceous gland. It is harmless and benign condition. It may be kept untreated. There is no oral or local medicine that can cure the condition. The spot may be removed by electro cautery, but may be complicated by hypopigmentation. So, my advice is to keep the Fordyce spots as they are.

Hope this helps..
