2. Try to avoid development of childhood obesity in the coming child. He should be physically active in childhood. Avoid excess dust exposure in childhood. Get any childhood respiratory ailment recognised and treated at the earliest.

3. Eat a good nutricious diet. Include fresh fruits in diet plans.
