Posted on Wed, 8 Jan 2025
Question: Hi I was working very hard on preparing talks on complex subjects - the New Cold War - I began having very vivid dreams about the talks. These dreams had a XXXXXXX vu aspec - and strange feelings. - and then I began having episodes while awake that consisted of XXXXXXX vu, a feeling that it had something to do with the talks.. that I understood what the feeling was about but I didn't. The episodes consisted of a feeling in my chest stomach - that then included my head and sometimes a vibration in my chest stomach. I have been biking and xc skiing, going to maximum heart rate and that does not bring them on.

Hi Thanks for reply - I kind of hope that is what it is - however I don't think I am feeling stressed anymore but I am still having these episodes. From what I have read they sound similar to Temporal Lobe Seizures. Do you think they could be that as well. I may be having them in my sleep as I sometimes wake up with a strange dream and awful feeling of dread. I think I understand something bad has happened but then realize it is just a dream/episode. Four times something triggered a memory and I got what felt like a jolt to my neck and lower back head, making my knees rubbery - this lasted about half a second.

thanks again XXXXXXX

Hi thanks again,

The seizures I have are when I am awake - I have also been having some kind of terror dreams -

It will probably take me quite awhile to see a neurologist - could you refer me to one at healthcaremagic?
