Question: Im feeling depressed feeling hard to breathe crying out loud heavy heart not willing to do anything to able to concentrate at anything. I feel like everything is ruined and there is no moto to live anymore. An urge to harm something is bothering me very badly. Tried to talk about it but nothing helped
