Question : Are these symptoms to allegies or intolerance to chillies or any other allergies?
swollen lips due to intake of chillies
irritable bowel and stomach ache
small itchy spots and bumps

Thanks for the query.
Chillies are known to cause irritation as well as allergic reaction. In case of irritable bowel syndrome these allergies become more prominent.
It is better to avoid chillies.
If you still have swelling of lips, take an antihistamine tablet and apply triamcinolone oral gel twice daily for a week.
This should help you.
