Question : Hello,
I just started a healthier diet and have been eating about a 1/2- 1 cup of nuts (cashews) throughout the day. Ive noticed some undigested cashews (im assuming thats what it is because thats what it looks like) in my stool. Is this normal or should i be concerned that my digestive tract isnt working properly?

Brief Answer:
Acceptable. Not a cause for concern.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic.
Unless you chew the cashews properly, bigger pieces are likely to pass out undigested and that is perfectly normal and do not indicate improper functioning of your digestive tract.
